By placing an order with The 'Smokin' Skoolie, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Orders

  • All food is prepared fresh to order.

  • Once an order has been accepted and preparation has begun, it cannot be cancelled.

  • Please check your order carefully before confirming, as we cannot guarantee changes afterwards.

2. Prices & Payment

  • All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made at the time of ordering, either online or via phone.

  • For online orders, payments are processed securely by trusted third-party providers — we do not store full card details.

3. Delivery Terms & Conditions

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to Woodhall spa, Horncastle, Conningsby and surrounding villages. We reserve the right to decline and cancel any orders placed outside this area.

  • Delivery Times: We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe given at checkout. However, times may vary due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  • Delivery Charges: A delivery fee may apply, displayed before checkout.

  • Minimum Order Value: £10. We reserve the right to decline and cancel any orders under this.

  • Customer Responsibility: You must provide an accurate delivery address and contact number. If the driver cannot access your property or contact you, your order may be cancelled without a refund.

  • Food Handling: Once delivered, you are responsible for safe storage and consumption of your food. We cannot accept responsibility for food left unattended after delivery.

  • Third-Party Delivery Services: Where used, their terms and conditions may also apply.

4. Refunds & Returns

  • Our Refund Policy outlines when refunds, credits, or replacements may be offered.

5. Allergies & Dietary Information

  • Full allergen information is available on our website.

If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please:

  • Check the allergen information before ordering, and Let us know by writing it clearly on your order or contacting us directly.

  • While we take great care, our food is prepared in a kitchen where allergens are present. We therefore cannot guarantee that any dish is completely free from allergens.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
