At The 'Smokin' Skoolie, we want every customer to enjoy their food and experience with us. If something isn’t right, we’ll always try to put it right.
1. Freshly Prepared Food
All our food is made fresh to order. Because of this, we do not generally offer refunds if you simply change your mind or decide you no longer want your order once it has been prepared.
2. When You Can Get a Refund or Replacement
We may offer a refund, credit, or replacement if:

The wrong item was delivered.

An item was missing from your order.

Your food was not up to standard (e.g. incorrect temperature, unsafe to eat).

Your order was not delivered (where delivery is offered).
3. How to Request a Refund

Please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving your order).

Provide your order details (receipt, order number, or time of purchase).

If possible, include a photo so we can understand the issue.
4. Refund Method

Refunds are made to the original payment method (card or online payment).

If you paid in cash, we may offer a cash refund or credit towards your next order.

Refunds will usually be processed within 5–10 working days.
5. Our Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

The food has been consumed or tampered with (unless a clear quality issue is shown).

The complaint is not made within the time limit.
